What is this thing anyway OTL
It reminds me of impmon from digimon.
FFFFF I didn't think it'd be the new 100-stat cute legendary.
I thought it'd be one of those pokemon that don;t evolve and you find it in the wild at around lv 20-23
But then I was like. IT'S THE VICTORY POKEMON? IS THAT A PUN OR SOMETHING?
